Notifications Do not Work for Subscribed Documents (Doc ID 1455902.1)

UserA is subscribed to a file. UserB makes changes to that file and after that userA does not receive any notification about
the changes on that file.

However the following notifications work for customer:

Invite/uninvite/add/remove/change role for a space member

But for subscriptions to documents, announcements, blogs, calendar events and wikis, notifications are not received.


Issue occurs in an Oracle Fusion Application environment with Oracle WebCenter Portal In Oracle Fusion Applications, SOA is configured for notifications according to

the following WebCenter Portal documentation:

However, this issue could be also found in a standard WebCenter environment with SOA configured for notifications as the previous guide mentions.
