Symptoms

After 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.6 upgrade applications adapter is no longer able to update oracle applications.
The problem is accompanied by the following message in the logs:

 

Changes

 SOA 11.1.1.5 was upgraded to 11.1.1.6.
