Realtime publish occasionally fails with this error in futuretense.txt on the publish source:

Exception in thread "Thread-6785" java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.NullPointerException
  at com.fatwire.realtime.PubMain$RemoteStub$1.run(y:668)
  at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:662)
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
  at java.net.URLEncoder.encode(URLEncoder.java:188)
  at java.net.URLEncoder.encode(URLEncoder.java:154)
  at com.openmarket.xcelerate.publish.MirrorQueue.(y:172)
