ADF UI - Create Event Does Not Reset The Child VO's (Doc ID 1456582.1)

Goal

There are 3 task flows.
1. Primary Task flow with Dept Summary and Search Results
2. Update Task Flow for Department Update with Department View and Employee Child Object
3. Create Task Flow for Department Create with Department View and Employee Child Object

Create event creates a new Department object refreshed in the UI, but the Child VO in the same page fragments are not getting reset.

The Detail child VO should be cleared of all previous information.
