Symptoms

 When WebLogic Server (WLS) is installed along with the OIM RSA_ACE_9.1.0.7.0 RSA Authentication Manager connector, the following errors regarding the license appear in the server log while starting.

 In this case server comes up but you will not be able to access Admin console.
