The goal of this article is to detail the steps on how to gather basic configuration and platform information from Oracle Identity Analytics using the Remote Diagnostic Agent.

To facilitate Oracle support in efficient diagnosis and resolution of OIA issues certain basic information is required to identify the platform and its configuration.

This procedure utilizes RDA to obtain the information, however detailed explanation of how RDA works is beyond the scope of this documents.  Where appropriate links to relevant RDA documentation will be included to provide a deeper understanding of the RDA tool.
