Oracle Forms & APEX Users Should Get a SSO Login When They Bring Up A New Browser Session (Doc ID 1457444.1)

Goal

When opening a new browser session in IE 8, IE 9, Firefox and Chrome, the second browser session *should* present a new Single Sign-on Login page, however, no login is presented. This has been tested with Forms and Application Express, and the same problem occurs. When a new browser session is started in IE 6 or IE 7, the SSO login box is presented. This is the desired behavior.
