Goal

This article describes using the Oracle Wallet to store database credentials for WebLogic Server datasource definition. The advantage of this feature is to be able to easily manage changes to credentials when necessary by simply updating the wallet instead of having to change potentially many datasource definitions. This is accomplished by using a database connection string in the datasource definition that is resolved by an entry in the wallet.
