Blog Taskflow Is Not Working Properly For the Month of January and Showing the Result of "View All" instead

Symptoms
In blog taskflow, there is an option to filter the blogs based on month/year. For example, when clicking on the March 2011 link it will show the list of blogs which were created in March 2011.
When clicking on January, all the blogs are shown as if the view all link was selected. This is working for all other months of the year.
This issue is can also be reproduced in spaces.
