Symptoms
After patching FMW from 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.1.6, the following errors are generated on the browser when trying to retrieve content:
failure to authenticate the user <USERNAME>, due to: Unexpected error occurred, due to : oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : PolicySet Invalid: WSM-06102 PolicyReference The policy reference URI "oracle/wss10_saml_token_service_policy" is not valid.、
When the managed server is starting, the following errors are observed in the managed server log files:
