Goal

Trying to run the configuration step and command line is not working:

config.bat -jreLoc " C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_31"

comes back with can not find javaw.exe in c:\program\java

Or for UNIX based OS:

..The Java RunTime Environment was not found at /tmp/OraInstall2012-11-08_05-48-25AM/jre/bin/java. Hence, the Oracle Universal Installer cannot be run.
Please visit http://www.javasoft.com and install JRE version 1.3.1 or higher and try again.
