PingDB fails and CatalogManager error when upgrading

During rollup installation, when on to the screen to test the CS Configuration, the HelloCS and DB Permissions is successful but the PingDB fails.
The following error can be seen in the logs:
[CS][ERROR] Exception authenticating CatalogManager request
java.lang.Exception: Unknown username/password.
