Symptoms

One user connection for a user with read privileges on objects in another user's schema cannot see that user's objects in the corresponding objects node.

For example:

OWNER is the user who owns objects to which READER user has select privileges on. When READER expands the Tables node under his/her connection,
READER can only see READER's tables but not the tables owned by OWNER to which READER has select privileges.
