Importing Ear file In A Resource Template In Spaces Gets the Error: "'No handlers could be found for services with IDs: oracle.webcenter.collab.mail' (Doc ID 1458807.1)

Importing the ear of a page template from one environment to another in the spaces resources, the error below is shown:

"No handlers could be found for services with IDs: oracle.webcenter.collab.mail .."

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login in a Webcenter Spaces in a machine "A".
2. Check in "Administration" link.
3. Check in a "Resources" Tab.
4. Select a Page Template and I press "Export" button.
5. Save the .ear file in my PC.
6. Repeat the steps 1 to 3 in a machine "B"7. In this list of page templates exits previously the page template exported in the machine "A"
8. Press "Import" button and I attach the .ear file
9. Then, the error appears.
In the log file the following errors are shown :

oracle.webcenter.lifecycle.LifecycleException: Unable to import, because the resource that is being imported conflicts with another resource.
