Last updated on APRIL 01, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Middleware - Version 11.1.2.0.0 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)

Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide
11g Release 1 (11.1.1)
Part Number E10105-13
20 Using the Movement Scripts
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/core.1111/e10105/clone.htm#CACHFECE

Symptoms

Using movement scripts will fail if Java was installed in a JAVA_HOME containing whitespace.
After Oracle Products are installed and the time comes to use the Movement Scripts for Test to Production, copyBinary.cmd will fail if Java was installed in a JAVA_HOME containing whitespace. In this example the failure of copyBinary.cmd will be shown.

Using quotation marks around the -javaHome argument will fail parsing the arguments.

Notice the log files that are created at the top of the output if no argument is past defining where to write them.
In the middle of the output an error occures:
Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_29""=="" was unexpected at this time.
