Mirror Failure - Site Not Found. (Doc ID 1459117.1)

Goal

I have tried to log into the destination server which after the log in screen presents me with a screen with a message stating:

"Site not found.
There is no site associated with your account. You will not be able to use the system until you have been assigned to a site."

However I have previously been able to log into the destination server normally.

In the logs I get a message referring to a incorrect columns in the DB:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00904: "CS_WRAPPERASSET": invalid identifier

09:46:33,122 ERROR [http-8080-15] [fatwire.logging.cs.db] SQLException in prepared execute on table RTInfo: SELECT tblname,versions,storage,recordupdate,trackingupdate,newerformat FROM RTInfo WHERE tblname = ?
tblname = WorkflowStpActions
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00904: "NEWERFORMAT": invalid identifier

I never seen these columns before in this table and I never added them to other tables.
