Oracle iPlanet Web Server 7 Admin Server Crash When Multiple Instance Started in Parallel (Doc ID 1459748.1)

Symptoms

On iPlanet Web Server 7.x, when multiple instances are started in parallel using "wadm start-instance",
the administration server crashes.  Some of the instances did not start and also core file will be dumped
in the administration server config directory.

The crashing thread of admin server from the core file located in the directory admin-server/config shows:
