Is There a Way to Bypass "Learn Set Manager" in the Forms Recognition Training Global Project? (Doc ID 1460333.1)

Goal

Is there a way to automatically update the global project .sdp file and global "Train" folder from the local project and Train folder (without using Learn Set Manager)?  This is requested because there are 12 Verifier users / workstations that perform vendor training.  It would be very time consuming to have each of them login to Learn Set Manager to perform this task in Learn Set Manager.
