OWA_UTIL.STATUS_LINE Does Not Return Desired Http error Codes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When sending a standard HTTP status code (ex. 200,401,500..) using mod_plsql,
the same HTTP status code is returned to client as response header.
When some specific error codes ,"404 Not Found" is returned to the client.
Example:
For 410 Http status code ==> 404 is returned
