OAAM11g Question Set Generation Settings Missing Under Registration Logic in OAAM Admin Console

When logging into OAAM 18.104.22.168 as an admin user, you are not seeing the question set generation settings that should be shown when you double-click on Registration Logic under the KBA tree in the OAAM admin console. You do see the text expected above the settings ("These settings control the listing of questions in Adaptive Strong Authenticator") and the Global Validations section below where the settings should be.
