Undo Checkout shows Error -13102 in the UI and causes attributes values to be lost (Doc ID 1460621.1)

Symptoms

1. Undo Checkout causes attribute values to be lost from a revision tracked asset.

2. You will see the following error in the UI: "You cannot undo check out on an asset that you have previously not checked out. Please be sure that you have checked out the asset. Error -13102, Attempting to set more than one value for a single-valued attribute '<AttributeType:Name>' . s "

3. You will see the following error in the futuretense.txt:
[CS.XCELERATE.ASSET][ERROR] Error in ComplexAsset: Attempting to set more than one value for a single-valued attribute '<AttributeType:Name>'
com.openmarket.basic.interfaces.AssetException: Attempting to set more than one value for a single-valued attribute '<AttributeType:Name>'
