Discussion Replies Not Displaying In a Clustered Environment.

Step by step instructions:
1.  Create blog space.
2.  Go to discussion page.
3.  Create a topic.
4.  Click on the topic.
5.  Reply to the topic for 3 or 4 times.

Some of the replies will not be added or disappear.  It shows OK after a restart of the managed server and a refresh.  It is failing again if more replies are created.

With the following setups, the behavior reproduces with multiple Collaboration instances:

Legend: 
WC1=WebCenter Instance 1
WC2=WebCenter Instance 2
CB1=Collaboration Instance 1
CB2=Collaboration Instance 2

Results:
WC1, WC2, CB1, and CB2 = Fail
WC1, WC2, and CB1 = No Problem
WC1 and CB1 = No Problem
WC1, CB1, and CB2 = Fail

Changes

 Configured for multiple instances.
