Goal

There are orphaned batches in the ECBATCHES table after using the WebCenter Forms Recognition (formerly Oracle Forms Recognition) integrations scan and commit macros to commit batches to WebCenter Forms Recognition.  These appear as 0 page batches within the batch list.  The macros being used are "OFR-Scan-ISIS-Macro.bas" and "OFR-Scan-Adrenaline-Macro.bas" included in Patch 11813845.
