GoldenGate Monitor Error com.goldengate.monitor.web.model.diagrammer.DiagramDataSource During Removing Host From Monitor Web (Doc ID 1460817.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to remove an instance from Oracle Goldengate Monitor v11.1.1.1.0 on Solaris:
1. Stopped MGR
2. In the Monitor web UI, right click on Instance and select Remove

Below errors are returned :
 ADF_FACES-60096
 ADF_FACES-60097

The Monitor.log is showing the errors:
