Symptoms

When attempting to compile an SQLJ file with sqlj utility from RDBMS 11.x, the compilation fails with the following error message:

Warning: Unable to perform semantic analysis on connection jdbc:oracle:oci8:@ by user system. Error returned by database is: no ocijdbc9 in java.library.path
