Errors in Advanced UI pages after CS replication (Doc ID 1462243.1)

Symptoms

When trying to replicate a CS environment by copying all the elements, directories and database tables to the new CS environment, the advanced UI is reporting errors  "Error in evaluation; Error in configuration."
The following error appears in the futuretense logs

[CS][ERROR] Exception reading file <CS>/<Shared>/elements/OpenMarket/Xcelerate/AssetType/Content/ContentDetails.xml
java.lang.Exception: File not found
at COM.FutureTense.Util.c.a(DashoA19*..)
