Symptoms
After upgrading Oracle Portal 10g to Oracle Portal 11.1.1.3, the following error, for some of the content in the Portal Pages, appears:
'An error occurred while processing the request. Try refreshing your browser. If the problem persists contact the site administrator' .
These portlets are multi-layered page portlets.
How to Reproduce:
- Add a navigation page to another navigation page as a page portlet.
- Then, add this navigation page to a template as a page portlet.
Pages are based off of that template. - The issue happens, when viewing the page or template, but accessing those navigation pages directly, work fine.
