FTP Errors When Using Batchext EWay CP Set To Either Use PASV|value=No Or =Yes (Doc ID 1463079.1)

Symptoms

When PASV|value=No, after certain time, the Batch eWay has the following two types of errors:

Use PASV|value=No we get the following 2 types of errors:
1. [java.io.IOException: FtpFileProviderImpl.listFiles(): Failed to change back working directory. The directory name is [null].].].]

2. [java.io.IOException: FtpFileProviderImpl.listFiles(): Failed to get working directory.].].]


When PASV|value=Yes, after certain time, Batch eWay has the following 8 types of errors:
1. FtpFileClientImpl.doTransferGet(): 'get' got exception [java.net.BindException: Address in use: connect].]

2. FtpFileClientImpl.doTransferGet(): 'get' got exception [java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect].]

3. FtpFileClientImpl.isFileExist(): Failed to list file. Got exception [java.io.InterruptedIOException: Read timed out].]

4. FtpFileClientImpl.isFileExist(): Failed to list file. Got exception [java.net.BindException: Address in use: connect].]

5. FtpFileClientImpl.isFileExist(): Failed to list file. Got exception [java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect].]

6. [java.io.IOException: FtpFileProviderImpl.listFileNames(): Got exception [java.io.InterruptedIOException: Read timed out].].]

7. [java.io.IOException: FtpFileProviderImpl.listFileNames(): Got exception [java.net.BindException: Address in use: connect].].]

8. [java.io.IOException: FtpFileProviderImpl.listFileNames(): Got exception [java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect].].]
