Is it possible to access messages stored on a JDBC persistent store that is currently not associated to my current domain? (Doc ID 1463281.1)

Goal

An existing domain has a JDBC persistence store being used by a JMS server. This server is scheduled to be shutdown in the near future.  Can the JMS messages be accessed from another domain, even though this persistent store wasn't associated to this domain in the first place?
