OAM 11g WNA Login Fails: OAM Log shows "Authentication Failed ..." (Doc ID 1463401.1)

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g has been configured for Windows Native Authentication (WNA).

WNA authentication is failing, although the HTTP Header trace from the browser shows that a Kerberos ticket is sent from the client to the OAM Server for authentication.

The OAM Managed Server log in TRACE mode shows the following "Authentication Failed" message with no additional detail:

WNA may have been working previously but has suddenly stopped working although no changes were made to the OAM WNA configuration.
