Cannot Access Non Default SCA Revisions Without Version Hash Code (Doc ID 1463746.1)

Customer cannot access a non-default SCA revision without the version hash code (for example, to access version 2.1):

 But since the hash code changes with every deployment it does not satisfy customer's business need: multiple clients are accessing different revisions in the same time.
