FTP Adapter Polling Is Not Working. (Doc ID 1464156.1)

Goal

 FTP Adapter is not able to poll the files from the ftp server which is running on a remote windows machine. Where as writing the files and sync read to the same server  is working fine. Do we need to configure any extra properties?
