Moving Cursor In Folio Tree Info Pane in IE7 (Doc ID 1464508.1)

Symptoms

When you use the tree's folio and use the arrows UP or DOWN in the keyboard, you see that changed line in the tree but the document is not automatically selected and the right information does not change. Look at the small square that goes down but the selection of the document does not work.
