Need Help With Notification Query To Restrict Based On Group (Doc ID 1464733.1)

Goal

How can I add a clause to my notification query that checks if the security group is not a certain group? Here is the notification query I'd like to modify.

NotificationQuery=dOutDate > `<$dateCurrent()$>` <AND> dOutDate < `<$dateCurrent(7)$>`
