Symptoms

Cannot create or inspect Engage ScalarVals assets or Visitor attributes after upgrading to Sites 7.6.2+

 

[CS.XCELERATE.ASSET][ERROR] Error: error invoking method Inspect in Asset.callInspect()null
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.openmarket.visitor.data.SessionVisitorDataConnectionImpl.setICS(y:1645)
and

CREATE:  "Cannot create the asset, (errno=-10003) due to a configuration or installation problem
INSPECT: ASSET.LOAD of 1234567890 failed with error: -10003

 Upgraded to Sites 7.6.2+
