Access Tester Throwing Error "SSL handshake error" While Connecting With OAM on the AIX Platform (Doc ID 1464876.1)

Symptoms

While using Access Tester, will get the following error while trying to connect to OAM:
May 15, 2012 11:29:17 AM oracle.security.am.common.nap.ObMessageChannelImpl doSSLHandShake
SEVERE: SSL handshake error SunX509 KeyManagerFactory not available
in <OAM_SERVER_NAME>.out logs following error is seen

java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception in reading the SSL configuration java.security.NoSuchProviderException: no such provider: SunJSSE
  at oracle.security.am.proxy.oam.mina.ObMessageChannelAdapter.readSSLConfig(ObMessageChannelAdapter.java:194)
  at oracle.security.am.proxy.oam.mina.ObMessageChannelAdapter.switchSecurityMode(ObMessageChannelAdapter.java:348)
  at oracle.security.am.common.nap.ObMessageChannelState.switchSecurityMode(ObMessageChannelState.java:189)
