Symptoms

The access to Webgate Diagnostic page:  http://<WEBGATE_HOSTNAME>:<WEBGATE_PORT>/access/oblix/apps/webgate/bin/webgate.dll?progid=1 was working fine until enabled redirection between IIS server and WebLogic Server instance for EBS-OAM integration

Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite with Oracle Access Manager 10g using Oracle E-Business Suite AccessGate (Doc ID 975182.1)

Step 2: Configure redirection between HTTP Server and WebLogic Server instance.
