B2B 11g - Sporadic "Server <hostname.domain> unable to login , reply code = 530" for FTP Trading Partner Channel in SOA Cluster (Doc ID 1465021.1)

Symptoms

In a high availability configuration, when B2B attempts to process outbound file to send to a trading partner over FTP transport, the following error occurs occasionally.

Server <hostname.domain> unable to login , reply code = 530


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In a SOA cluster, deploy an agreement that processes and send documents to a trading partner through an FTP Server.
2. Process 10 documents or more.
3. Error occurs.
