When Using Multiple Forms Recognition RTS Servers, One Server Does Not Correctly Create The CSV File Name (Doc ID 1465183.1)

Symptoms

Two separate Webcenter Forms Recognition (formerly Oracle Forms Recognition) RTS servers are configured to use the same project. One of the servers correctly exports the CSV filename correctly (e.g. Invoice_00000007.txt). However the other RTS server erroneously creates the txt file name without the batchname (e.g. Invoice_.txt).
