Retiring a Running Composite causes "Unable to find the WS binding model(bindig.ws) definition for reference..." (Doc ID 1465201.1)

Symptoms

 

Retiring and activating a running composite that calls another composite 4-5 times it causes:

Non Recoverable System Fault :
Unable to find the WS binding model(bindig.ws) definition for reference CallDummyProcess. Please make sure that the reference name defined in the composite file is correct. If this issue occurs during patching, please make sure that a valid deployment configuration plan is properly applied.

Non Recoverable System Fault :
ORAMED-03303:[Unexpected exception in case execution]Unexpected exception in request response operation "process" on reference "CallDummyProcess". Possible Fix:Check whether the reference service is properly configured and running or look at exception for analyzing the reason or contact Oracle Support Services. Cause:Unable to find the WS binding model(bindig.ws) definition for reference CallDummyProcess. Please make sure that the reference name defined in the composite file is correct. If this issue occurs during patching, please make sure that a valid deployment configuration plan is properly applied.
