Symptoms

While Tuxedo Application link with MQ Series on a Linux RHE 5 x86_64 / Tuxedo 10gr3  / websphere MQ version 7.0.1.4 getting Error like:

 

where ($MQSERIES_DIR) pointing on lib directory of mq distribution : /opt/mqm/lib64 (in default installation)
