Symptoms

When searching with a particular word (e.g. Rates) it returns the result with all occurances of rates.
However when  searching for a give a pair of two words (e.g. one of them being 'rates') and the search results do not include the content/documents which has any one word of the pair of the words in the search string.

Example:

When searching for Interest rates in the search results - All search results given by the search are the ones which include both words.
Do not get the documents which contain any one word i.e. only 'Interest' or only 'Rates'.
