Symptoms
The WebLogic Portal (WLP) Content Management System (CMS) tag "cm:getProperty" is not rendering the binary content to the JSP output stream when used with a resultId element.
The following code displays the download URL instead of streaming the binary content:

Upgrade to WLP 10.3.2 or 10.3.4.
