SQL*Plus Unusual Behavior When Using "\" In Parameter (Doc ID 1467115.1)

Calling a query in SQL*Plus with different parameters shows different results. For example, consider the below example:

1. Create a simple script file test.sql under C:\mydir with the following content:

Note: There is a Double quote at the end of the value p4 in the output.

The expected output is without the Double Quote after the value p4.
