Bug 14219699: VIEW CREATED EARLIER IN DB DO NOT APPEAR IN UCM TABLE LIST

Symptoms

External database views are not being recognized in WCC (formerly UCM) 11.1.1.6.0.  As a result, tables can no longer be created based on external database views.
Prior to WCC 11.1.1.6.0 this was working and the tables using existing external database views are available.
