Portlets Do Not Show Scrollbar in IPad2

Symptoms
Portlets do not show scrollbar using Safari from an iPad2.
If the same application is executed from a desktop using IE, FF and Safari, the
scrollbar is displayed.
Same behavior happens with custom or seeded portlets.
Based on the note below, using mobile divices are supported in WebCenter version
11.1.1.5.

The note mentions, the iOS should be at least 4.3.
Even using version 5, the scroll bar is not displayed.
