BPMN Recovery Config is missing in EM console (Doc ID 1468818.1)

Goal

When trying to review the RecoveryConfig for the BPM Engine in EM console, it's found to be missing.
EM Console -> Right click soa-infra -> SOA Administration -> BPMN Properties -> Click More BPMN Configuration Properties-> Scroll down to look for RecoveryConfig property.
