When Trying to Convert an Accessible Document Using One-off MSOffice Converter - Process Hangs (Doc ID 1469218.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.4 version, Conversion

When attempting to convert a particular MSOffice document, the Winword.exe process hangs at 25%, document fails conversion, and
the following error is seen in the verbose Refinery tracing:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. check in problem document
2. See the process hang
3. See error in refinery tracing

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot convert problem document
