Outbound Business Message Records Stays In MSG_WAIT_FA State When We Receive Group Level 997 (Doc ID 1469235.1)

When sending multiple records in one batch (i.e multiple ST SE segments in one ISA/GS) with requested for ACK(997), the records are stayed in MSG_WAIT_FA. And when receiving the group level 997 corresponding to that outbound, only one business message record is marked to complete. Rest of them stays in WAIT_FA.
