Symptoms

An OutOfMemoryError exception is reported. 

Examining the heap dump collected, for example by using the Java flag -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError, in a tool such as the Eclipse Memory Anaylzer Tool results in a leak suspects report similar to the following:
